Ken Hodgeson serves as President of the Board for Thin Blue Line Ministries International As Founder and President he has traveled across the world many times working extensively with police, military and government officials and is working with the Honduran government to restore relationships between authorities and the community. Dale Hodgeson, Vice-President
Dale Hodgeson has 30 years experience in the Corporate Environment managing people. He is a Father, Husband, and Leader.  Dale has spent six years in ministry work including leading men’s groups and couple’s groups in Phoenix and Tucson, speaking at men’s retreats, and teaching Sunday school at his local church.  With Thin Blue Line Ministries Dale functions as the Vice-President and travels to Honduras working and training police, leading team members in devotions, and ministering at the orphanage and girl's home. Has received training from Mars Hill Seminary in coping with sexual abuse.  Dale lives in Tucson Arizona with his wife and 2 children.

Penny McGinn, Secretary
Penny Lyn McGinn., became a member of the TBLM Board in 2008 as Secretary. She has enjoyed an administrative secretarial career for over thirty years and currently serves as secretary, in ministry and leadership roles at Paradise Springs Community Church. Penny lives in Phoenix Arizona

Sonja Blea, Int’l Director
Sonja Blea, board member since 2004 and is International Director. She served as a missionary in Guatemala for eight years and currently is a secretary at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.

Daniel S. Fowle, Sr., Board Member
Dan has been a member of the TBLMI board since its inception.  He is pleased to serve and have the opportunity to effect change internationally.  He is a husband, father of four, pastor and teacher.  He has taught international students for 14 years, worked with youth, and made a number of trips abroad.  Dan believes that TBLMI can be a powerful instrument to offer people hope and a future.

Colleen Holman, Member
Colleen brings more than 15 years of corporate management experience to the board of TBLM.  In her 15 years, she traveled throughout the United States and Canada, meeting with State and federal regulators and speaking to groups and organizations.  In 2001 she made a life change and left the corporate sector to begin working with ministry organizations. Colleen along with 5 other women founded Safe Harbor House; a non profit ministry that provides a home and healing to abused women.  Colleen also teaches classes to the local community on preventing childhood sexual abuse.
She Supports the work of the President of TBLM and is working towards fundraising and grant writing. Colleen lives in Phoenix Arizona.

Ned Wright, Member 
Ned brings a blend of entrepreneurial business and military service to the board of Thin Blue Line.  For the last 10 years Ned has owned and operated his own company in the Phoenix area.  He has military training experience serving as a military police officer and was promoted meritoriously to Sergeant in the Marine Corps. Ned is a former Maricopa County Sherriff Deputy Reserve Police Officer. He has an undergraduate degree in business management, and currently operates a commercial painting company.  He lives in Phoenix Arizona with his wife and 3 daughters.

Kristie Gillespie, Treasurer
Kristie became a member of the Board in December 2007 and currently serves as Treasurer.  She has a background in bookkeeping and has had a career in the medical field for the past 14 years.  She enjoys concurrently functioning as a board member of a nonprofit organization for women in need.
